| Change The Image Ministries, Inc. was founded by Rev. Jeanniene Lee in 1994. For Rev. Jeanniene Lee, "excellence is a way of life." Change The Image Ministries, Inc. (CTIM), is an all-encompassing global Bible-based prophetic teaching ministry that works closely with the local church and with other ministries within the Body of Christ to help establish a strong, equipped body of believers to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-16). Rev. Lee insists on the standard of excellence in every area of her life and ministry. The purpose of her very existence and the mission of Change The Image Ministries is to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ and the life-changing, pure, and uncompromising Word of God to people around the world so that their "minds will be renewed and their images will be changed with the Word of God."
The Ministry
While attending Eagle Mountain International Church/Kenneth Copeland Ministries in 1993, Rev. Lee had a visitation from God one afternoon after church. The Spirit of the Lord came to her in a vision and began to talk to her about "changing the image with His Word." The vision started in the afternoon and lasted into the evening. During this divine encounter with the Lord, He deposited the vision for Change The Image Ministries within her heart and gave her the mandate to "go and teach His Word that the image would be changed with the Word of God." It was during that divine encounter that God gave her the name of the ministry, "Change The Image Ministries," and said it would be established upon His' Word in 2 Corinthians 4:17-18:

"For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal."
In answer to the call and mandate, in 1993 Rev. Jeanniene Lee relocated from Fort Worth back to Austin, Texas--where she was born and raised and also where God told her to go and establish Change The Image Ministries. Then in 1994 "Change The Image Ministries, Inc./Jeanniene Lee Ministries" was established and became a recognized 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) Non-profit, Christian Organization.
During God's visitation with her, He began to speak to her about the importance of "our image." He told her that, "Many are looking at 'the seen' rather than the 'unseen' and as a result their faith is being contaminated." He reminded her that, "The just shall live by faith" (Hebrews 10:38) and that "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1).
He reminded her that "wrong images" cause strongholds in the mind (2 Corinthians 10:4-5), and therefore wrong images (imaginations) must be cast down.
He showed her how even Abram, whose name was changed to Abraham, had an "image problem." And how even before He could bless Abraham with the promised child, Isaac, He had to "change his image."
He showed her how Abram's image was so distorted because of fear, doubt and unbelief that he even tried to persuade God to see the image that he was seeing. "And Abram said, Lord God, what wilt thou give me, SEEING I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus?" (Genesis 15:2).
Notice, Abram said, "SEEING I GO CHILDLESS." Abram's image was one of childlessness. On the inside, the picture he was seeing within was childlessness. He was looking at the seen. His circumstances and situation had crowded his heart, dominated his thinking and affected his faith; and, a stronghold was set up in his mind that affected his thoughts, imaginations, and his image. These things are what caused Abram's image to be one of childlessness. However, 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 exhorts us to "cast down imaginations [wrong images]" because they will set up a stronghold [a fortress] in your mind and will eventually contaminate your heart, thus affecting your confession and your faith.
God revealed to Rev. Lee how Abram couldn't see himself any other way but childless. He couldn't see it any different. On the inside, the only image (picture) Abram could see was one of childlessness. And God knew that BEFORE he could get to Abram what He desired to bless him with, He had to "change his image." So God spoke words to Abram. God spoke His words to Abram and "changed Abram's image" of himself on the inside so that He (God) could cause Abram to be blessed on the outside.
It was with this same revelation that He revealed to Rev. Lee the importance of the image of His people being changed with His Word because until they see what He is seeing they will not receive what He desires to give them. He said to Rev. Lee, "Until you can see it and have an image of it on the inside, you will never possess or have it on the outside (in manifestation)."
God had to change Abram's image. Listen to what God's response was to what Abram had said. "And, behold, the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir, And he brought him forth abroad, and said, LOOK NOW [get another image on the inside of you] toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them; and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. And he [Abram] believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness" (Genesis 15:4-6).
Notice that after Abram's image was changed, by God's Word to him, faith came and Abram believed God. Then when Abram believed God (you know the rest of the story), Isaac came forth and so did the innumerable seed God had promised, of whom we are one (Galatians 3:16, 29). It was during this divine visitation and impartation from God, that God revealed to Rev. Lee just how serious a "wrong image" is and how important it is to "renew the mind" and to "change the image with the Word of God."
God's mandate to Rev. Jeanniene Lee and to Change The Image Ministries is to "teach" His Word so that the image will be changed with the Word of God."
This is accomplished through Rev. Lee and Change The Image Ministries working closely with other ministries and churches within the Body of Christ globally and through the use of audio and video products, recordings, written correspondence, partner letters, articles, books, television, radio, ministry meetings, crusades, conventions and conferences.
Change The Image Ministries, Inc. is an all-encompassing global Bible-based prophetic teaching ministry and evangelistic association and is recognized as a Non-profit 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) Organization. Change The Image Ministries, Inc. has an established Board of Directors, staff of Advisors to the Board, and Officers that consist of seasoned Pastors, leaders and ministers.
Change the Image Ministries has an international call and works closely with the local church and other ministries globally to help establish a strong, and equipped body of believers to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-16). Change The Image Ministries is headquartered in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
The Mission
- At Change The Image Ministries, we take God's Word as final authority. We are called to preach and teach people worldwide, primarily born-again believers, the pure, uncompromised, faith-filled Word of God that will foster "renewed minds" and "changed images."
- We are called to exhort and encourage people worldwide, primarily born-again believers, to "renew their minds with the Word of God" (Ephesians 4:22-24) so that they can think like God thinks, see every situation as God sees it (Isaiah 55:7-9, 2 Corinthians 4:18), talk like God talks (Romans 4:17) and live by faith, which pleases God (Hebrews 11:6); for, God requires that the just shall live by faith (Hebrews 10:38, Habakkuk 2:4).
- We are called to work closely with other churches and ministries within the Body of Christ, cross-culturally and cross-denominationally, to foster the unity of the Spirit (Psalm 133, Ephesians 4:1-16) and to fulfill Jesus' mandate of love, unity and oneness amongst the brethren (John 17:11, 21, 22).
- We are called to train believers worldwide in becoming skillful in spirit-led, prophetic praying and in praying out the mysteries of God (Romans 8:14, 26-28; 2 Corinthians 14:2). We are called to mobilize prayer and to exhort believers worldwide, throughout the Body of Christ, to come together and to join forces as God's army in the earth and to work together corporately in prayer thus fulfilling God's Word that "His' house would be called a house of prayer for all people" (Isaiah 56:7)
- We are called to train believers worldwide in how to stand firm in faith (Hebrews 10:38) and how to exercise their God-given authority in spiritual warfare against the kingdom of darkness (Ephesians 6:10-18).
- We are called to train believers in how to "walk and live by faith" (Hebrews 10:38) and how to "walk and live in the fullness of their Blood Covenant" (Hebrews 8:6, 9:11-22, 12:24).
- We are called to lead believers to the place of maturity (Ephesians 4:11-16) and from a place of milk to meat (1 Peter 2:2, Hebrews 5:11-14) where they can operate proficiently in the biblical principles of redemption, righteousness, faith, love, healing, divine health, prayer and prosperity.
- We are called to help people worldwide to see "what is God's plan for their lives" (Ephesians 3:8-9, AMP) and to train them in how to walk out their God-ordained destiny thus fulfilling God's plan and purpose for their lives.
- We are called to reveal, and to make known, the mysteries (the revelations of God's Word) that have been hidden from the ages (Ephesians 3:3-13, AMP; Colossians 1:25-28).
- We are called to assist believers in becoming rooted, grounded and established in the Word of God, and in becoming mature believers by bringing them from milk to meat (1 Peter 2:2, Hebrews 5:11-14) by preaching and teaching the pure, uncompromised, faith-filled Word of God worldwide (Colossians 1:23).
- We are called to take this Gospel of the Kingdom (the Good News) throughout the world to all people (Matthew 24:14, Mark 16:15). This is accomplished through working with other ministries and the local church and through the use of audio and video products, recordings, written correspondence, partner letters, articles, books, television, radio, ministry meetings, crusades, conventions and conferences.
