A Successful Marriage
"Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a
symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything]
they may ask, it will come to pass and be done
for them by My Father in heaven."

The covenant relationship of marriage is the most powerful relationship that exist between two humans. When God instituted the covenant of marriage, He designed and purposed for marriage to be a direct reflection of the great love He has for the Church; the love between the bride and the bridegroom, the husbandman and his wife (the Church, the Bride of Christ). He purposed for marriage to be "a living epistle," a demonstration and reflection of the relationship He has with mankind. He purposed for marriage to be a direct reflection of the relationship He has with His Bride (the Church). Ephesians 5:31-32 (The Amplified Bible) says it this way, "For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. This mystery is very great, but I speak concerning [the relation of] Christ and the church."
God's purpose for marriage is to be a covenant relationship that shares His love, expresses His love and demonstrates His love. Our lives are made up of relationships; and, the highest relationship that God has instituted between two humans is the covenant relationship of marriage.
When a marriage relationship is operating and flowing within the fullness of God's ordained purpose and plan for that covenant relationship, nothing is impossible for that husband and wife to accomplish (Matthew 18:19). They become an unstoppable team operating on the level of God and Jesus where absolutely nothing is impossible.
